Insitu has been awarded a $9.8 million contract to support ScanEagle UAVs used by Tunisia.

The contract covers "launch and recovery equipment, spares, support equipment, and support services for the ScanEagle unmanned aircraft system operations for the government of Tunisia Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Services Program," according to the U.S. Department of Defense contract announcement.

Tunisia already operates the ScanEagle and is scheduled to receive an additional drone under a Foreign Military Sales contract awarded in July.

The latest contract was awarded by Naval Air Systems Command and is scheduled for completion by September 2017.
