Northrop to support Air Force drone operations

Northrop Grumman has received a $204 million Air Force contract option to support Global Hawk drone operations.

Under the option to a previously awarded contract, Northrop Grumman will provide logistic services, sustainment, planning, operations and maintenance for the Global Hawk, according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.

The contract is scheduled to be completed by June 2017.
