The Enroute Mission Command (EMC) tool

for the communications portion of Warfighter Information-Tactical  Increment 1, or WIN-T Inc. 1, provides the ability for deploying airborne units supporting urgent missions to receive critical updates while en route on aircraft. The system allows receipt of critical command, control and intelligence information that will enhance situational awareness and mission success upon arrival at the intended location.
