Utah State wins Air Force sensor contract

Space Dynamics Laboratory has been awarded a $49 million Air Force contract for dynamic sensor support.

Space Dynamics Laboratory is a nonprofit unit of the Utah State University Research Foundation.

Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity Air Force Research Laboratory contract, Utah State will "maintain essential engineering, research and development capability in the areas of sensor development, image processing, and data analysis," according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.

The work is scheduled to be completed by June 2021.
