Romania and Thailand have bought Sniper advanced targeting pods for their F-16s.

They will become the 18th and 19th nations to use Sniper pods, according to Sniper manufacturer Lockheed Martin.

"Sniper ATP will provide the RoAF and the RTAF with precision targeting capability to locate targets using high-resolution imagery," said Rich Lovette, Sniper international program director at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. "Sniper ATP's proven performance and low life-cycle costs are key differentiators for these air forces and other allies abroad."

Deliveries are scheduled to begin later this year.
