Marine Corps orders laser rangefinders

Kollsman, Inc. has been awarded an $11.2 million Marine Corps contract for laser rangefinders.

Kollsman will provide Common Laser Range Finder Integrated Capability (CLRF IC) systems, as well associated rails, covers, cases and cables, according to the Department of Defense contract announcement. The CLRF IC is a handheld, GPS-guided targeting system.

The contract is scheduled to be completed by July 2020.
