The Navy added 608 contractors to the Seaport-e contract vehicle, worth $3.96 billion per year.

The three-year,  indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract includes work for Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the Marine Corps, according to the Department of Defense contract announcement. It spans 22 areas, including software engineering, development, programming, and network support, as well as configuration management and information system development, information assurance, and information technology support.

These contracts are in addition to 4,498 contracts previously awarded under the SeaPort-e program. See the announcement for a list of all 608.
